Review by hotel critic
During my recent gourmet getaway at Challis, I was captivated by the culinary innovation featured at their restaurant. Breakfast presented an array of choices, from the super healthy options like house-made granola to Mexican twists such as Huevos Rancheros. The vibrant flavors paired wonderfully with their homemade chili sauce, ensuring a delightful start to each day. The hotel's charming aesthetic mirrored its surroundings, and the accommodating staff, eager to assist, enhanced the experience. With its proximity to local markets at the Rocks, discovering unique Australian products was a bonus. The ambience cultivated by the open-air settings made dining an immersive experience. For those with a passion for food, Challis bridges comfort and exquisite dining, making it an ideal retreat in Sydney. I look forward to returning.
